Update Document/Revision Parameters
This page is accessed via:
- Business Process Automation > Document Manager > Update Document Parameters.
- Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments or Sell Shipments. On the Documents tab:
- select the Actions icon (
) next to a Standard Document. Select Content > Update Document Parameters. - select the Details (
) icon next to a Standard Document. Select the Actions icon for the Document. Click Content > Update Document Parameters. - select the Details icon next to a Standard Document. In the Revisions section, select the Actions icon next to a Revision. Click Content > Update Document Parameters.

- Customs > Declarations. On the Documents tab:

- Trade Agreements > Campaign Lines. On the Documents tab:

) next to a Standard Document. Select Content > Update Document Parameters. - select the Details (
) icon next to a Standard Document. Select the Actions icon for the Document. Click Content > Update Document Parameters. - select the Details icon next to a Standard Document. In the Revisions section, select the Actions icon next to a Revision. Click Content > Update Revision Parameters.

The Update Document Parameters action reevaluates all parameter generators for the document, the latest document content in the case of standard documents, or revision content. It updates parameter values and sends them to the content management system.
Note: This action only updates parameters that have been marked as modifiable.
