View/Verify Content/Document/Revision Safety
This action is accessed via:
- Business Process Automation > Document Manager > Actions > View Content Safety
- Customs > Declarations. On the Documents tab:
- select the Actions icon (
) next to a Standard Document. Select Utilities > Verify Document Safety. - select the
icon next to a Standard Document. Select the Actions icon for the Document. Select Utilities > Verify Document Safety.

- Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments or Sell Shipments. On the Documents tab:
- select the Actions icon (
) next to a Standard Document. Select Utilities > Verify Document Safety. - select the Details (
) icon next to a Standard Document. Select the Actions icon for the Document. Select Utilities > Verify Document Safety. - select the Details icon next to a Standard Document. In the Revisions section, select the Actions icon next to a Revision. Select Utilities > Verify Revision Safety.
- select the Details icon next to a Standard Document. In the Revisions section, select the Details icon next to a Revision. Select the Actions icon for a Revision. Select Utilities > Verify Revision Safety.
- select the Actions icon next to an Additional Document. Select View Content Safety.

- Transactions > Trade Transactions. On the Documents tab:

) next to a Standard Document. Select Utilities > Verify Document Safety. - select the Details (
) icon next to a Standard Document. Select the Actions icon for the Document. Select Utilities > Verify Document Safety.

- Trade Agreements > Campaign Lines. On the Documents tab:
- select the Actions icon (
) next to a Standard Document. Select Utilities > Verify Document Safety. - select the Details (
) icon next to a Standard Document. Select the Actions icon for the Document. Select Utilities > Verify Document Safety. - select the Details icon next to a Standard Document. In the Revisions section, select the Actions icon next to a Revision. Select Utilities > Verify Revision Safety.
- select the Details icon next to a Standard Document. In the Revisions section, select the Details icon next to a Revision. Select the Actions icon for a Revision. Select Utilities > Verify Revision Safety.
- select the Actions icon (
This action marks a document as safe. Users and contacts without browser virus protection may view the document content safely. Note that only trusted users may verify content safety.
