View/Verify Content/Document/Revision Safety

This action is accessed via:

  • Business Process Automation > Document Manager > Actions > View Content Safety
  • Customs > Declarations. On the Documents tab:
    • select the Actions icon (Actions icon) next to a Standard Document. Select Utilities > Verify Document Safety.
    • select the Details icon icon next to a Standard Document. Select the Actions icon for the Document. Select Utilities > Verify Document Safety.
  • Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments or Sell Shipments. On the Documents tab:
    • select the Actions icon (Actions icon) next to a Standard Document. Select Utilities > Verify Document Safety.
    • select the Details (Details icon) icon next to a Standard Document. Select the Actions icon for the Document. Select Utilities > Verify Document Safety.
    • select the Details icon next to a Standard Document. In the Revisions section, select the Actions icon next to a Revision. Select Utilities > Verify Revision Safety.
    • select the Details icon next to a Standard Document. In the Revisions section, select the Details icon next to a Revision. Select the Actions icon for a Revision. Select Utilities > Verify Revision Safety.
    • select the Actions icon next to an Additional Document. Select View Content Safety.
  • Transactions > Trade Transactions. On the Documents tab:
    • select the Actions icon (Actions icon) next to a Standard Document. Select Utilities > Verify Document Safety.
    • select the Details (Details icon) icon next to a Standard Document. Select the Actions icon for the Document. Select Utilities > Verify Document Safety.
  • Trade Agreements > Campaign Lines. On the Documents tab:
    • select the Actions icon (Actions icon) next to a Standard Document. Select Utilities > Verify Document Safety.
    • select the Details (Details icon) icon next to a Standard Document. Select the Actions icon for the Document. Select Utilities > Verify Document Safety.
    • select the Details icon next to a Standard Document. In the Revisions section, select the Actions icon next to a Revision. Select Utilities > Verify Revision Safety.
    • select the Details icon next to a Standard Document. In the Revisions section, select the Details icon next to a Revision. Select the Actions icon for a Revision. Select Utilities > Verify Revision Safety.

This action marks a document as safe. Users and contacts without browser virus protection may view the document content safely. Note that only trusted users may verify content safety.
