Multiple Structure Rate Download

This page is accessed via Sourcing > Rate Maintenance > Manage Rate Load Definition. Search for and select or edit a rate load definition ID. Select Actions > Multiple Structure Rate Download.

On the Multiple Structure Rate Download <rate load definition ID> page, you specify which rates to download to the spreadsheet.

1. Select a Rate Record Structure.
2. Select a Rate Record Saved Query. This is a user-defined saved query that returns the rate records that you want to download.
3. Select Add to save your selections to the grid. You can add multiple rows to the grid.
4. Select either Selected Rates or Download Rates:
   • Select Download Rates to download all rate records returned based on the selected rate record saved queries.
     
     OR
   • Select Selected Rates to see a complete list of all of the rate records that will be downloaded along with the corresponding rate record structure. Remove any rates that you do not want to download and select Download Rates.
     
     Depending on the size of the downloaded spreadsheet, you see the following:
   • If the downloaded spreadsheet is less than or equal to 5,000,000 bytes, the spreadsheet is sent as an email attachment to all involved parties specified on the rate load definition.
   • If the downloaded spreadsheet is greater than 5,000,000 bytes, an email containing a link is sent to all involved parties specified on the rate load definition. Select the link to download the spreadsheet.
