Overview – Oracle WMS Cloud Mobile Application

Built in Oracle Visual Builder, the Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS Mobile Application (App) features modern, graphical, and mobile screens that can scan barcodes and display images on both iOS and Android-based devices.

Common features available in the mobile based application:

  • You can setup multiple profiles or environments within the appplication that allow you to point to different WMS cloud environments.
  • The appplication supports both single and multi-field barcodes using the existing configuration available in the Oracle WMS Cloud service.
  • The application can use the device’s camera to scan the barcodes or can also work with a barcode scanner attachment that converts the barcode into keyboard input.
  • Integrated with the similar menu system as the existing Web UI and text based Mobile RF UI’s. A new menu type of “VBCS Mobile” and a new screen type “VBCS Mobile” are added to the Oracle WMS Cloud product.
  • Supports similar literals and language translation configuration and features available with the Oracle WMS Cloud Web UI, and the text based Mobile RF.
  • Supports display of high and upload of images.
  • Few transactions have a screen configuration (settings icon) where you can configure fields on that screen.
  • The hamburger icon navigates to the main pane where on tapping the Home option lists the menu of WMS transaction and Logout option.
