Create a Label or Document with Dynamic Repeating Barcodes

You can print labels more efficiently using Dynamic Repeating Barcodes paired with Dynamic Repeating Text with DPI Dimensions.

A.Follow these steps to create your desired label/document.

Input Values for Text Elements in a Label

Now, to input values for the text elements in a label, do the following:

  1. If you want configure the height and length of the text elements, disable the “DPI Dimensions” flag.
    Note: By default, the DPI Dimensions flag remains unchecked/disabled.

    Here, you can enter the values for “Length” and “Height” via the respective exposed fields on the Edit Text pane. Alternately, you can also drag to resize the text box on the canvas.

  2. However, if you wish to configure the DPI dimensions of the text elements, click on the checkbox for the “DPI Dimensions” flag.

    Here, you can enter the values for “DPI Width” and “DPI Height” via the respective exposed fields on the Edit Text pane. Alternately, you can also drag to resize the text box on the canvas.

B.Follow these steps to pair dynamic repeating barcode with dynamic repeating text.

Use a Dynamic Grid DPI

Now, to make use of a barcode grid DPI, do the following:

  1. Click on the desired barcode on the label designer canvas.
  2. Go to the “Edit Barcode” pane, select your desired barcode type via the “Type” drop-down.
  3. On the Data Type dropdown, select “Dynamic Grid”.
  4. Enter the values for ‘X’ and ‘Y’ coordinates to input the grid position.
  5. Enter the values for “Height” and “Width” on their respective fields to define the grid dimensions.
