Print Labels for Locations Filtered in Locations UI

You can print labels for all locations that are filtered in the Locations UI via the “Print Label” action button by enabling the Group Permissions for the user(s). You can also print more than one label per location by providing the number of labels to be printed in the Print Label confirmation window.

To get the “Print Label” action button, do the following:

1. Go to Group Configurations and select your Group.
2. Click the Permissions action button.
3. Scroll to enable the checkbox for “location/ Can Print Location Labels”.
4. Now, go to the Locations UI and filter locations as per desired criteria.
5. Click the “Print Label” action button.

   A confirmation window pop-up will appear on the screen.

6. Here, the “Number of Locations” will be displayed as per your filter criteria. On the “Number of Copies” field, you can specify your desired number of label copies to be printed for all filtered locations.
7. Click on Submit to confirm the printing transaction.

Note:

Filtered locations printing will be done in the order selected by the user in the Locations UI. If no order is selected, the location barcode is used, by default.
