Print Packing Slips on the Orders and OBLPNs UIs

A packing slip is a document that provides information about items that are part of orders or OBLPNs. The process of printing packing slips involves either downloading a PDF and then, manually initiating the print or sending these packing slips directly to printers.

You can print these packing slips via Orders and OBLPNs UIs. The screen parameter “generate-packing-slip-mode” controls the packing slip printing behavior.

The following table briefs the behavior of “generate-packing-slip-mode” screen parameter:

Screen Parameter Value Behavior
Blank or Download When you click the “Packing List” or “Packing Slip” action button, the system creates a PDF file and downloads the same. (Default behavior)
Print When you click the “Packing List” or “Packing Slip” action button, the system prompts for a document printer. On selecting a printer, the system prints the packing slip/packing list.
