Search Filters

Additional Search Filters in Users UI

You can refine your search based on active status, groups, hire dates, password expiration, and more. These filters help you quickly find the right users without manually sorting through long lists.

The following fields are added to the User UI search pane:

Field	Behavior
Active	If Yes, the system filters and lists the users with active status. If No, the system filters and lists the users with inactive status.
Default Group	If a valid group is entered, the system filters and lists the users with that default group. If an invalid group is entered, the system doesn’t return the list of users.
Default Label Printer	If a valid label printer is entered, the system filters and lists the users with that default label printer. If an invalid label printer is entered, the system doesn’t return the list of users.
Default Document Printer	If a valid document printer is entered, the system filters and lists the users with that default document printer. If an invalid document printer is entered, the system doesn’t return the list of users.
From Hire Date	If a date is selected, the system filters and lists the users who have the hire date from the provided hire date onward.
To Hire Date	If a date is selected, the system filters and lists the users who have the hire date till the provided hire date.
Password expiry in (days)	If an integer is entered, the system filters and lists the users whose password expires within the provided days. For Example: If the entered value is 100, the system filters the list of users whose password expires in less than 100 days from the present facility system date.
Password expiry after (days)	If an integer is entered, the system filters and lists the users whose password expires after the provided days. For Example: If the provided value is 30, the system filters the list of users whose password expires after 30 days from the present facility system date.
Password Life in days	If an integer is entered, the system filters and lists the users whose password life in days column matches with the provided days. For Example: If the provided value is 30, the system filters the list of users whose “password life in days” is configured as 30.
