Update Multiple Locations using Mass Updates - Location button

You can perform simultaneous bulk updates for your desired Location records using the Mass Update – Locations button on the Locations UI.

To perform the bulk operations, do the following:

1. Go to Locations UI.
2. Select the record(s) that you’d like to update simultaneously as a group. You can also select a single record to update multiple fields/columns.
3. Click the Mass Update – Location action button.

   Here, you are prompted for confirmation to proceed with mass updates for the selected records.

4. Click "OK" to select the fields/columns you’d like to update by enabling their respective checkboxes.
5. Now, you can input the new value to be updated by typing in the field entry, or, by selecting from the list of options via the drop-down, whichever is applicable.
6. Click "Submit". The system displays a validation status message.
7. Lastly, click "OK" to reflect the changes.

Note:

• If you enable a check box against a field but do not enter any value in "Enter New Value" column while submitting, it will nullify the field and erase old value from the location record.
• If there is no value entered in "Enter New Value" and the check box was not enabled to nullify the old values, mass updates will not be applied.
