The Oracle Recruiting Cloud Service provides a solution for internal mobility and to attract and hire new employees. This ACR covers the recruiting interface that recruiters and hiring managers use to:  

  • Create, approve and post job requisitions to career sites
  • Manage candidate job applications, advance candidates in the selection process, provide feedback on candidate interviews, extend offers to candidates, and hire candidates as new hires, rehires or internal hires
  • Take action on requisitions, job applications and offers in the Recruiting Activity Center

Recruiting Booster functionality that facilitates:

  • The creation and management of Recruiting events
  • The management of interviews in the interview coordinator and interviewer work areas

This ACR also covers the internal candidate experience site, Opportunity Marketplace, where internal candidates can search, apply and refer colleagues to jobs.
