Product Description:

Oracle Taleo Onboarding is a workflow engine that can be configured by customers to bring candidates, new hires, and employees through a consistent series of steps to complete an overall process. The steps can include forms to fill out, emails to receive, web pages and content to read and explore, and the assignees of these steps can be not only the employee themselves but others who help them succeed in this process: the recruiter or hiring manager, any internal departments or external resources, third-party service providers, etc. The goal of these processes can be to onboard the employee with efficiency, productivity, and compliance; it can be offboard the employee in a thorough and compliant way, or it can be to perform other workflows througout the employee lifecycle.

Candidates/New Hires/Employees access the standard Taleo web pages known as the Career Section to view and complete their assigned tasks; this area is rendered in HTML.
