Oracle Social Data and Insight Cloud Service provides rich data and insight about common business entities, such as companies and contacts. This service enables insight within Oracle Sales Cloud or other CRM applications through capabilities such as: business directory data service based on curated web and social data sources from Dun & Bradstreet; aggregated industry and domain-specific data; and provisioning of the data for secure and immediate consumption by Oracle Sales Cloud or other CRM applications. Using Oracle Social Data and Insight Cloud Service user interface users are able to:

Search companies by location, industry, revenue, or number of employees.
Users are also able to search B2B Contacts by job title, company, industry, company revenue or company employee size and export the records to a CSV file for import into Oracle Sales Cloud or other CRM application.
Use advanced search to search for companies or contacts
Save search or advanced search definition
Enrich company or contact records available as an input parameter and download the enriched file.
View enrichment or export jobs and review the job results
Define or view existing mapping of the attributes in the import file to the attributes in Oracle Sales Cloud
