Advanced Metering Infrastructure Customer Education Reports (AMI CERs) are print and email communications delivered to customers who recently installed an AMI smart meter. They are designed to inform customers about the benefits of their smart meter, provide AMI energy use insights, and encourage customers to engage with other AMI tools and programs offered by the utility.
