It is a standalone / downloadable administration tool that runs on the customer's Windows AD machine. It takes input from the customer administrator on installation settings and IDCS account details to perform the synchronization from AD to the IDCS account for the given customer. The first time sync as well as the incremental sync are handled by the IDCS micro services and the AD Bridge agent. AD Bridge is intended for use only by customers that use AD as their Identity Store.
