Oracle Accessibility Conformance Report

VPAT® Version 2.3 - April 2019

Name of Product:

Oracle Communications Interactive Session Recorder 6.4

Product Description:

Oracle Communications Interactive Session Recorder (OCISR) is Oracle's platform for recording of voice, video and other session-based communications.

The ISR dramatically simplifies the capture and storage of real-time IP communications sessions throughout the enterprise.  It's operations and management interfaces include a web UI known as "the Dashboard" and an extensive API set for ultimate extensibility and flexibility.

ISR offers an intuitive and secure browser-based user interface.  The UI enables users to find, play and delete recordings, edit metadata, and create reports. The user can browse or search for recordings. A recording may be played using a browser's media player plug-in, or downloaded to the user's PC. Search parameters include phone number, date & time, agent ID, custom tags and attributes and much more.

ISR's RESTFul APIs makes it easy to integrate recording functions into business applications and contact center infrastructure. The APIs expose all the recording controls a developer needs to capture, store and manage recordings.   Recording controls include the ability to start, stop and pause recordings for specific sessions. Sessions may be recorded while in progress and either discarded or saved, pending further instructions.  The APIs can control the file name and encoding applied for each session. They can also manipulate the metadata associated with the session to add, change or remove content.   The APIs can manage stored recordings by retrieving them for playback and marking them for deletion.

The ISR is highly scalable, cost effective, and  features a modern architecture with open interfaces to reduce enterprise recording cost and complexity.
