Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition 19.3 is a virtual machine for running applications written in Java or JVM-based languages (e.g., Scala, Kotlin), JavaScript, Python, Ruby, R dynamic languages, Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM) languages (e.g., C and C++) and enables interoperability in one shared runtime.

GraalVM Enterprise 19.3 environment allows you to run:

- Java and JVM-based languages 

- JavaScript, including Node.js

- Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM) languages such as C and C++

- Ruby, R, and Python to be run in an experimental mode

This VPAT covers Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition 19.3 for Linux and macOS platforms on x86 64-bit systems.
