The Oracle Service Cloud Agent Browser User Interface provides agent access from any platform running a browser.  It includes common business functions such as incident, contact, organization, and task management, analytics, dashboards, searching for knowledge, notifications, standard text, attachment uploads, additional charts, home report/dashboard, co-browse, a preview chat, incident collaboration, knowledge advanced authoring, responding to social incidents, slicing for reports, rollups for reports, calculations for reports, auro-refresh for analytics, application integration for chat, knowledge foundation authoring, and a browser control on the workspaces.  This release introduces Propose Answer, Best Answer, Agent Guides, Agent Scripting, Assets, Opportunities, and auto filter for reports features.
