Product Description:

CoBrowse is a Web-based application which allows an Agent to view a Customer’s screen and browse websites together. Instant CoBrowse allows the websites browsing, while Advanced CoBrowsing allows Customer's screen viewing in addition to the websites browsing. Customers implementing Cobrowse place the Cobrowse widget on their web site to enable launch of the Cobrowse session.
