Oracle Analytics Publisher (formerly known as Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher) is a reporting solution to author, manage, and deliver reports and documents.

Oracle Analytics Publisher consists primarily of an HTML interface usable through a web browser. In addition there are Add-ins to Microsoft Word (Oracle Analytics Publisher Template Builder for Word) and to Microsoft Excel (Oracle Analytics Publisher Template Builder for Excel) to help with the tasks of creating RTF and Excel templates respectively.

Administration Page : This page allows Administrator role to configure or edit Server level configurations.
Report Wizard : The Report Wizard appears when selecting "Guide Me" option during report creation. This is an optional UI to create simple report layouts using a wizard that leads to Layout Editor.
Layout Editor: A web based design tool that provides a WYSIWIG, drag and drop interface for creating pixel perfect report output in PDF, RTF, Excel, PowerPoint, and HTML. It also provides an interactive ouptut using dynamic HTML that supports lightweight interaction through a browser. As an alternative, use Oracle Analytics Publisher Desktop (Template Builder) that uses MS Word Plugin to help design RTF template layout. To create accessible reports, manually create an RTF or XPT layout following the guidance at https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/analytics-cloud/acpmr/index.html for Oracle Analytics Cloud or at https://docs.oracle.com/en/middleware/bi/analytics-server/design-publish/index.html for Oracle Analytics Server. HTML, Accessible PDF (with Tagged PDF) and PDF/UA-1 are the supported output types for consuming accessible reports.

The Oracle Analytics Publisher web interface is available with https://servername:port/xmlpserver URL and to enable accessibility you can either select accessibility mode at the time of login or after login set the user preference "Accessible Mode" to ON.

With Accessible Mode ON:

Tables in the UI will show check-boxes to enable multi-row selection and subsequent action
Menus have been tested to work with assistive technology
"Skip to content" is enabled.
The Report Wizard is bypassed and users are prompted to select Data Model when creating a report
