Narrative Reporting is a purpose-built business process available in the Oracle EPM Cloud for management, narrative and regulatory reporting. It provides a secure, collaborative, process-driven approach for defining, authoring, reviewing and publishing financial and management report packages for internal and external stakeholders, as well as a cross-cloud service reporting tool for producing integrated EPM Cloud reporting.

The on-screen presentation of these objects does not match with this programmatic definition of a single file object when using a screen reader. (Bug# 34186784)
  • In screen reader mode, in the Library module, if a checkbox next to a listed artifact is checked, and a document link be selected from a different row, the document from the row with the checkbox which is opened. (Bug# 20063185 - ADF 11 dependency)

  • The control objects which are failing to meet the contrast are (Bug# 34176149):
    • All product checkboxes, found in listing pages, and in forms (such as Create Book page).

    • Text edit fields, such as those for Name and Description.
    • Remove/Delete X graphics in listing page tables.
  • Table row select checkboxes and page buttons (Save, Save As, Close, etc) fail to meet the contrast requirements (Bug# 31435703 - ADF 11 dependency)
1.4.12 Text Spacing (Level AA)Partially Supports

  • When the following attributes and no others are modified there is no loss in functionality or content:
    • Line height (line spacing) to at least 1.5 times the font size.
    • Spacing following paragraphs to at least 2 times the font size.

    • Word spacing to at least 0.16 times the font size.

Exceptions:

  • When changing to the above criteria there is a loss of functionality on
    the following pages (Bug# 34187070):
    • Home page shows text overlapping in announcement frame, cards Report Packages and Bursting Definitions labels are clipped.
    • All card pages have the H1 header with ellipsis regardless of header text length.
    • Card labels in filmstrip are clipped.
    • Edit Report Packages, train stops text is clipped, page H3 header is truncated
    • Application Dimensions and Models table dimension info is clipped

  • In Notes Manager, when navigating Notes in the table, and expanding on a Note, you cannot select any of the row links via the keyboard (the focus never reaches these links or objects). (Bug# 34170877)
  • In Screen Reader mode, attempts to create new, or open an existing, bursting definition fail. (Bug# 34175965)
  • In the Book Designer, reports cannot be added to the book using only the keyboard (Bug# 31447207 - ADF 11 dependency)
