VPAT® Version 2.3 - April 2019
Oracle Sales Assistant is one of several available "skills" supported by Oracle Digital Assistant. Skills are individual chatbots that are designed to interact with the user to access information and perform tasks. Channels carry the chat back and forth from users on various messaging platforms to the digital assistant and its various skill bots. Oracle Sales Assistant currently supports CX Sales Mobile and Microsoft Teams channels.
CX Sales users can send questions or commands to the Sales Assistant and the Sales Assistant will retrieve the information or act on the requests. Oracle Sales Assistant gives users like sales reps the ability to use natural language to interact with the CX Sales application directly from their Microsoft Teams interface or the CX Sales Mobile client.
The responses to many of the technical standards are based on functionality provided by underlying technologies; please see the Oracle Applications Common Dependencies ACR listed in the Dependent Products section for more information.
This VPAT applies to only versions 11.13.23.01.0 through 11.13.23.10.0. It does not apply to any versions of Oracle Sales Assistant after this. This VPAT has been superseded by Oracle Sales Assistant 11.13.24.01.0.
