Oracle Fusion Knowledge Redwood enables the creation and delivery of knowledge to Oracle Fusion Knowledge Redwood users and Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management users: 

  • It is a web based user interface.
  • Users (Knowledge Authors) who create and manage knowledge use the Knowledge Authoring application.  
  • Users (Service Agents) who consume knowledge have access to a knowledge panel within the Fusion Service Request Management application and are able to search the knowledge base, save favorite knowledge articles for reuse, and link articles to Service Requests.
  • Users (Service Agents/ other employees with access) may also access knowledge through the My Knowledge UI without any context of a service request.
  • Users (Digital Customer Service Users) may access their service requests and relevant knowledge articles through a web interface.
