  1. In the Windows Registry Editor, navigate to the following key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
    NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes
  2. Confirm that a value with name "Segoe UI" is defined under the above
    registry key
  3. If defined, back up the registry and then delete the "Segoe UI" value
  4. Reboot the machine to apply the changes
