This pre-packaged integration supports synchronization of customer data and trouble calls from Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing to Oracle Utilities Network Management System. It also supports the ability for Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing users to query job history, trouble call history and planned outages from Oracle Utilities Network Management System. This VPAT covers only the integration runtime, as this product has no native user interface (UI). The UI is provided by Oracle SOA Suite. The information below describes this product's ability to support the applicable U.S. Section 508 standards, subject to Oracle's interpretation of those standards and the remarks in this document. This product does not display 'web pages', thus the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 1.0 are not applicable.
