Product Description:

Oracle Service Cloud Feedback Cloud Service (Feedback) contains flexible tools for creating custom surveys in a variety of formats. Surveys can be sent as mailings, served as web pages, or sent as events triggered by a campaign or business rule. With a wide range of formatting and customization options, including survey reminders, market testing, and full analytics integration for tracking results, surveys provide you with a powerful channel for inviting, gathering, and analyzing customer feedback.

End-User interfaces are web pages built in a combination of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Accessibility features for this solution include Section 508/WCAG applicable features as stated below, support for screen-readers without re-direction to accessible versions of the page, and more advanced accessibility features like ARIA roles/landmarks, to provide good accessibility experiences to users.

This review considers standard elements used in the design of surveys for end-users. For a survey to be fully accessible, any user-generated content, such as templates, images, and other HTML content, should follow accessibility guidelines.
