Product Description:

Using the Oracle Fusion CX Cloud Mobile App, sales reps, sales managers, partner reps, and channel managers can now access their Oracle Sales Cloud data on the move, manage their customer records, take workflow based actions, log sales activities and view interactive charts all within the same app. With a task-based user interface, it helps them effectively manage their day and nurture customer relationships using a smart phone or tablet.

It also integrates mobile specific functionality like the ability to view ­nearby sales objects using geo-location, contact customers from the app, use voice to navigate through the app and record data using the phone’s native features. The app also allows offline usage in case of poor network connectivity.

This app is available on iOS and Android.

Exceptions:

  1.  Dropdowns and Saved Searches on list pages may be misleading as these usually have a generic speech output that says 'Listbox showing 0 items' instead of the option defaulted (e.g. 'My Open Leads') in the dropdown (Bugs #25109721, 25081972, 25081545)
  2. Sales Opportunities have a sales stage attribute which is represented in the form of a chevron diagram. The chevron UI element displays all stages in an opportunity lifecycle with the current sales stage highlighted. Tapping on this chevron element does not read out the sales stage the opportunity is currently in. (Bug #25175934)
  3. When selecting a product for a lead, opportunity or a deal registration; the product picker displays rows in the list that can do either of 2 actions: be selected or be drilled down into, to select a child product within that product. It can't be discerned in accessibility mode that a list row can be selected as well as drilled down into. (Bug# 25175983)
  4. In Analytics reports within the app, pop-ups that let users drill down within regions (say, a slice of a pie chart or a particular bar of a histogram) of a graph are not accessible (Bug# 25081598)
  5. The selected subtab which is displayed is highlighted in the footer. The speech output for both highlighted and non-highlighted subtabs is the same. The screen reader is not able to differentiate both types of subtabs (Bug # 26035786)
  6. Create account is a checkbox in account duplicate page which can be checked to create a new account instead of proceeding with an existing account. The speech output for create account says that it is a link instead of a plain label. This screen reader information is inconsistent with other check boxes in the application (Bug# 26049386)
  7. The description and note fields are used to accept input from the users. The behavior of the screen reader on iOS and Android is not same and both read out different values. On iOS, hint text is read out whereas in Android label is read out (Bug# 26034959)
  8. Service Request list consists of the service requests which are raised by the customers. The screen reader spoken for SR list is zero items (Bug # 25859854)
  9. Messages subtab can be seen in the context of Service Request. Messages dropdown shows Internal note; swipe/scroll down does not work after Internal note is selected (Bug # 25859854)
  10. The speech output for letters entered in search box across all the objects is "zero" for every letter entered in iOS device. The speech output for such letters is correct in Android device. (Bug # 26034679)
