The Reports area of the product uses Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), which has an accessibility mode. The document Oracle Fusion Middleware User's Guide for Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition includes a section called "Accessibility Features" that describes OBIEE's accessibility features and the steps required for using accessibility mode.
