Product Description:

The Oracle Commerce Assisted Selling Cloud Service (OCAS) is a Cloud-based solution designed specifically to run in the Oracle Cloud, It provides merchants with the means to manage their in-store associate application. It is a native iOS application built to run on a tablet device (iPad or iPad Mini) and designed for use by in-store associates. Associates use OCAS to provide shoppers with a seamless experience as they transition from online and mobile environments into the physical store.  The application uses the Oracle Commerce REST endpoints, and the infrastructure underlying the Oracle Commerce Agent Console Cloud Service application, to enable the core use cases.

This VPAT summarizes the accessibility of the OCAS UI, when run on the iPad or iPad Mini, using the iOS built-in assistive technology (AT) known as VoiceOver (VO). OCAS is a native iOS application.

Accessibility hints in OCAS are given in both English and Spanish.

"Administering Oracle Commerce Assisted Selling Cloud" includes a section describing how to navigate the user interface of the Business User tools using the keyboard. The compatibility of the administrative interface with assistive technology is available out of the box, with no action needed on the user's part.
