The Reports area of the product uses Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), which has an accessibility mode. The document "Using Oracle Commerce Cloud Reports" explains how to turn on OBIEE's accessibility mode, and includes a link to OBIEE documentation that describes OBIEE's accessibility features.
