Product Description:

Oracle Fusion Project Contract Billing allows users to:

  • Create customer facing and internal intra-company contracts and contract lines.
  • Define and manage contract terms and conditions.
  • Define and manage billing rates.
  • Manage project contract invoices and revenue.
  • Generate external, interproject, and intercompany invoices automatically and recognize revenue based on contract terms. Invoices are generated in different file types based on invoice templates authored with the Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher application.
  • Create manual invoices and recognize revenue on the completion of milestones or deliverables for the project.
  • Evaluate unbilled transactions and associate them with invoice lines.
  • Review invoices and take appropriate actions including assessing tax amounts, submitting invoices for approval, and transferring invoices to Receivables.
  • View funds for contract limits.
  • Drill down to detailed transactions.
  • Perform online transaction adjustments.
  • Generate revenue accounting as subledger journal entries.
  • Create and maintain project related contracts and contract lines, terms and conditions, define and maintain billing and revenue plans, define billing controls.
