User interfaces include components for Oracle Fusion Student Management Cloud Service Student Records, Oracle Fusion Student Management Cloud Service Student Financials, and Oracle Fusion Student Management Cloud Service Campus Community.

This VPAT is expressly for Oracle Fusion Student Management Cloud Service only -- it is not intended for the on premise Campus Solutions product line.

For the current Oracle Fusion Student Management Cloud Service, the pages are responsive, but they are not built for mobile.  They support first and foremost built for the desktop/large form factor.

  • Bug 27705797:  Using assistive technology tool on the Student Receipt page, the text is read repeatedly, "End of Page" is not mentioned, and when tabbing from the last page, it is toggling between user ids not and not exiting
  • Bug 27757604:  Using assistive technology tool on the Academic Plan Template Landing page renders space issues in pagination
  • Bug 27776532:  File selection pick list is rendering on Tab action instead of Enter action during submitted application attachments edit.
  • Bug 27830985:  When using the Assistive Technology tool: (1) The labels of section properties are being read twice; and (2) The User needs to be informed of the results of the action performed (such as removed a section, added x,y z field) basically for confirmation that the action the user did is performed.
  • Bug 27835634:  In Add mode of the Manage Academic Plan Format component, when you click on the tree node of the format tree, the hover text popup is empty when it should display the error.
  • Bug 27925885:  Assistive technology tool detecting an extra space or invalid character before the Name in List of buttons, and as a result, the the shortcut keys cannot be used to navigate directly to a button.
  • Bug 27929141:  Accordion panel text read as a link using assistive technology on Schedule Processes Fee Calculation for Multiple Students page.
  • Bug 27978340:  Unable to navigate from username to any springboard item or other tab on the Home Page; also, username is rendered twice.
  • Bug 28131738:  On Organization account - Manage receipts drill down, the last field on the page is read repeatedly vs. the assistive technology tool informing the user that the end of the page has been reached.
  • Bug 28511197:  The Create External Fund Credit button cannot be reached through keyboard navigation on the Manage Student Credits (Tasks) page.
  • Bug 28719538:  When invoking the Buttons list with an assistive technology tool, it is (a) detecting an extra space in front of both the "Search course catalog filter Availability show available only" and the "Filters Keep Filter Active" buttons, and (b) encountering an illegible character in front of "Hide filters" button, , thus rendering the button navigation inaccessible.
  • Bug 28719538:  On the Scheduler page, an accessibility Structure error is rendered when utilizing the Search Course Catalog option.
  • Bug 28720515:  Keyboard and assistive technology tool navigation issues, including the inability to tab away from the "Click to Upload" option in order to identify the logo URL edit box.

  • Bug 27605263:  On Finances > Manage Due Date Calendar link page, after deleting a row, the page reloads and focus is moved to Skip to Main Content as opposed to the Search field.
  • Bug 27696954:  On Setup and Maintenance > Manage Result Sets > Create Result Set page, the Assistive Technology tool is not reading the "Create Result Set" page name after the user clicks on the "New" button.  Instead, it's reading the "Actions" drop down.
  • Bug 27697317:  Upon entering the Schedule Course Roster page from Academics > Rosters, the Assistive Technology tool is not reading the page name "Schedule Course Roster.  Instead, it is reading the Done button.
  • Bug 27703736:  Instead of reading "Period Profile Page Loading Complete", the assistive technology tool is reading "Save Button Loading Complete" when entering the Add mode of the Manage Academic Period Profiles page.
  • Bug 27821760:  When entering the Course List page, the Assistive Technology tool is not reading the page name but the Save button instead.
  • Bug 28656812:  When entering the Manage Academic Organization page, the Assistive Technology tool is not reading the page name but rather the Done button instead.
  • Bug 28836043:  Upon entering the Academic Organization Definition page, focus is not set on the page title but rather the toolbar command buttons (Done/Save).
  • Bug 28836150:  Upon entering the Manage Storefront landing page, focus is not set on the page title but rather the toolbar command buttons (Done/Save).

 

3.2.2 On Input(Level A)Supports with Exceptions

  • In circumstances where changing the value of the components causes a substantial change to the page, an additional change of keyboard focus, or the spawning of a pop-up window, warning is given prior to the user interacting with those user-interface components.

Exceptions:

  • Bug 27310857:  On Academics > Applicants > Form Inventory tab, when the user clicks the Query By Example tab, there is no notification being rendered that the table was refreshed and the layout has changed.
  • Bug 27310876:  On Academics > Applicants > Application tab, when the user clicks the Query By Example tab, there is no notification being rendered that the table was refreshed and the layout has changed.
  • Bug 27582877:  On Setup and Maintenance > Student Management > Users and Security > All Tasks > Manage User Role Mappings page, when the user adds a row and selects an existing Party Usage Name that's already in the table, an error message is rendered and then discarded instantly so that the Assistive Technology tool is not able to disclose the pop-up error message -- the pop-up window gets closed automatically without user intervention.

  • Bug 27239102:  On Browse Catalog component when entering a Search string that results in a faceted list of Search filters, when I retrieve the Button list, it contains invalid characters preceding the actual Button label, thus rendering the list unusable to the Assistive Technology tool.
