Product Description:

The Oracle Service Cloud Customer Portal Cloud Service is a reference implementation, extensible framework and associated development tools for building out engaging, extensible, robust and high performance web customer service (web self-service and web assisted service) experiences for B2B and B2C (and variant) customer service interactions.

End-User interfaces are web pages built in a combination of PHP, XHTML, CSS and Javascript/AJAX. Accessibility features for this solution include Section 508/WCAG  applicable features as stated below, support for screen-readers without re-direction to accessible versions of the page, and more advanced accessibility features like ARIA roles/landmarks, to provide good accessibility experiences to users, even in rich interactive experiences powered by AJAX.
