System BIOS for Oracle X86 Servers (Updated)

Product Description:

System BIOS is firmware used to initialize hardware before the operating system boots. The BIOS contains hardware configuration options that can be accessed and configurable such as backed up, replicated, reverted, updated, and restored by using Oracle ILOM Web User Interface. The BIOS configuration is stored in a XML file.

A system administrator uses a web browser to login into system's IP address, backup/download BIOS setting XML file, change/update the settings, restore/upload the XML, then reboot the system for the changes to be applied. Oracle ILOM Web User Interface is used to upload, implement and download the BIOS XML file.
