Database Link transfer from non-ADB to ADB is supported only over a private network.
Cause
A Database Link transfer was attempted from a non-ADB database to an ADB target with privateNetwork is set to false. This configuration is not supported.
Action
Verify that both source and target databases are in a private network. Update the input parameters and set privateNetwork to true before retrying database link transfer.
