Cause
Another session was holding a DML lock on the table, causing Data Pump to skip loading data into this table.
Action
Resolve the conflicting locks and any object name issues, then re-run the Data Pump job. If issue persist then consider applying Data Pump Bundle Patch 19.26 DPBP or 23ai DPBP as applicable.
