3.4.7.5 Configuring an Authentication Scheme for Data Reporter

Learn how to configure an authentication scheme for Data Reporter.

In order to access Data Reporter, you must configure one of the following authentication schemes: SAML, Social Sign-In, or HTTP Header Variable.

To configure an authentication schemes for Data Reporter:

1. Navigate to Manage Instance, Security:
   1. Sign in to APEX Administration Services.
   2. Click Manage Instance.
   3. Under Instance Settings, click Security.
2. Find Authentication Control.
3. Development Environment Authentication Schemes - Configure a supported authentication schemes for the Oracle APEX instance.

   Data Reporter, requires one of the following authentication schemes: SAML, Social Sign-In, or HTTP Header Variable. To learn more, see Configuring Authentication Schemes for an Instance.

4. Development Environment Settings, Data Reporter Authentication Scheme - Select the appropriate authentication schemes.
5. Click Apply Changes.
