Finding and Emailing Workspace Summary

View total file size and file count by workspace on the File Utilization by Workspace page.

To find and email a workspace summary:

1. Sign in to Oracle APEX Administration Services.

2. Click Manage Workspaces.

3. Under Workspace Reports, click Find and Email Workspace Summary.

   The Workspace Search page appears.

4. Cick a workspace name.

   The Workspace Details report appears.

5. To configure the reporting period, select a reporting period and click Set.

6. To edit workspace information:

   1. Click Edit Workspace.

      The Edit Workspace Information page appears.

   2. To learn more about the Edit Workspace Information page, see Viewing Existing Workspace Information.

7. To email the Workspace Details report:

   1. Click Email.

   2. On the Email page, enter content in the Body field.

   3. Click Email.
