ENABLE_DEEP_SEC_DATA_ROLES Procedure

This procedure allows you to enable Deep Data Security data roles, which are granted to the application, but are not enabled by default (role elevation). The list of additional (elevated) data roles is maintained in the APEX session. Passing an empty list or NULL clears our the list of additional roles in the APEX session.

Syntax

PROCEDURE apex_session.enable_deep_sec_data_roles (
    p_data_roles             IN   apex_t_varchar2      DEFAULT NULL,
    p_current_request_only   IN   BOOLEAN              DEFAULT TRUE );

Parameters

Parameter	Description
p_data_roles	List of data roles (granted to the application) to enable.
p_current_request_only	Whether to only enable the data roles for the current request (page view, AJAX or page processing request).
