Copying or Subscribing to Text Messages
Copy text messages from the current application or from another application. When copying a text message from another app, you can also subscribe to it.
Tip: Subscriptions enable developers to reuse shared components across several applications in a workspace. To learn more about subscriptions, see Using Shared Component Subscriptions.
To copy or subscribe to a text message:

Navigate to the Text Messages page:

On the Workspace home page, click the App Builder icon.

Select an application.

Click Shared Components.

Under Globalization, click Text Messages.
The Text Messages page appears. Note that the report includes the following columns: Subscribed From, Subscription Status, and Subscribers.

To copy a text message within the current application:

Search for the text message and click Copy in the Copy column.
The Copy Text Message Wizard appears.

Language - Select a language for which this message will be used.

Static ID - Enter a unique static ID to identify this text message in API calls or refer to it in application export files. For a selected language, Static ID must be unique within the application.

Click Copy Text Message.

To copy a text message from another application:

From the Tasks region, click Copy from another app.
The Copy Text Message Wizard appears.

Application - Select the application from which you want to copy.

Copy Text Message - Select the text message to copy.

Subscribe - Set this flag to On to subscribe to the text message.

Click Copy Text Message.
