This is the image of the Data Load Wizard progress in the application. It has the Data Load Source page of the wizard open where the option to Upload  file, comma separated (*csv) or tab delimited option selected. The file data_load_data.csv is selected to be uploaded, after the user clicks Next. 
The other option selected here is First Row has Column Name.
