This image shows the Data Source option in the Create Form and List View window while creating the Projects page. For:
- Table/View Owner – Accept the default.
- Table/View Name – Search for and select SAMPLE$PROJECTS (table).
- Under Select Column(s) to be shown in Report,  include:
	- NAME (Varchar2)
	- DESCRIPTION (Varchar2)
	- BUDGET (Varchar2)
