39.54 GET_LAST_NAME Function

This function returns the LAST_NAME field stored in the named user account record.

Syntax

APEX_UTIL.GET_LAST_NAME(
    p_username IN VARCHAR2)
RETURN VARCHAR2;

The following example shows how to use the function to return the LAST_NAME for the user 'FRANK'.
