Changing the Database Firewall Host Name

Learn how to change the Database Firewall host name.

To change the Database Firewall host name using the Oracle Database Security Central console:

1. Log in to the Oracle Database Security Central console as administrator.

2. Select Database Firewalls in the Oracle Database Security Central console main page. The Database Firewalls in the left navigation menu is selected by default.

3. Locate and select the Database Firewall instance for which the host name needs changing. The Database Firewall Details page is displayed.

4. Change the Host Name in the Database Firewall Details page. This is the name of the host machine on which the Database Firewall is installed.

5. Select Save in the top right corner.
