Reading from top:

• Select Wallet pane displaying a list of wallets, their description (if any), and their Creation Time

• Select Access Level pane displaying three Access Levels for Read Only, Read and Modify, and Manage Wallet. Two radio buttons appear by Read Only, and Read and Modify. Manage Wallet has a check box by it.
