From top to bottom, left to right, are the following components:

• Select Endpoint/User group label

• Type label, with a drop-down list

• Endpoint Groups pane with a table and the following columns: Name and Description. Each row is preceded by a radio button in the left most column.

• Select Access Level pane with radio buttons to choose either Read Only or Read and Modify, and then a check box for Manage Wallet.
