• Backup label and to the right, the Cancel and Schedule buttons

• Name field

• Start Time field and to the right, a calendar icon and the Now button

• Destination field (in this example, DAILY_BAC KUP_DEST

• Type label with the ONE-TIME and PERIODIC options, with PERIODIC selected

• Following the Type label and options, from left to right, the Days field, Hours menu, and Mins menu, (in this example, 1 Day)
