Reading from top to bottom are the following components:
The label Network Details with to the right, from left to right, the buttons Cancel and Save
The Host Name field, which is mandatory
The IP Address field, which is mandatory
The Network Mask, which is mandatory
The Gateway field, which is optional
The MAC Address label
The Network Mode: DUAL-NIC
The Bonding Mode: Balance RR
