21_conflict.png shows the Wallet Name Conflicts page. From top to bottom are the following components:
The label Wallet Name Conflicts with, to the right, the Accept button
A search field, with from left to right, a Go button and an Actions menu
A table with these components: a check box (so that you can either select all wallets or a specific wallet), Unique Name (with a clickable link so that you can find more details), Supplied Name, Name Status, Created By, Creator Node, Description, Rename (with a pencil edit icon).
