21_syslog.png shows the Syslog setting in the system Monitoring and Alerts are.

Reading from top to bottom are the following components:

The label Syslog and to its right, the Save button

The TCP option

The UDP option

The Syslog Destinations label and to its right, a field for entering IP addresses and ports. Separate each IP address and port with a space. Following the IP address, include a colon before the port.
