21_wallet_access_settings shows the Add Access to Wallet page with Cancel and Save button in the top right.

From top to bottom, left to right, are the following components:

Select Endpoint/User group label
Type label, with a drop-down list. To the lower right of this label is the text "Granting an endpoint group wallet access will also implicitly grant the same level of access to user who manages the endpoint group."
Endpoint Groups pane with a table that has a search field with the Go button and Actions menu. Following it is a table with the following columns: Endpoint Group Name, Description, and Creation Time. Each row is preceded by a check box in the left most column.
Select Access Level pane with radio buttons to choose either Read Only or Read and Modify, and then a check box for Manage Wallet.
